All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or order cancellation.

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Elegant Edge reserves the right to update prices, offers, and delivery charges at any time without prior notice.

An order is confirmed only after we receive the required customer details and payment confirmation, or after cash on delivery confirmation where applicable.

Elegant Edge reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or delivery limitations.

We may accept payments through online payment gateways, bank transfer, and cash on delivery where available. Online card payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Elegant Edge does not store full card details on our website.

We offer delivery within Sri Lanka through our delivery partners. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or other external delays.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Elegant Edge is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer details.

Cash on delivery may be available for selected locations and products. Customers must ensure that the full order value is ready at the time of delivery.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Customers are requested to read the Refund Policy before placing an order.

Perfume decants are transferred from original fragrance bottles into smaller travel-size atomizers. Decants may not include original retail packaging. Customers should read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Vitamins and supplements sold on Elegant Edge are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers should consult a healthcare professional before using supplements, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, under medication, or managing a medical condition.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and suitability before using any skincare, hair care, cosmetic, fragrance, or supplement product. We recommend patch testing skincare, cosmetics, and hair care products before full use.

Elegant Edge is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or results caused by incorrect product usage.

All website content, including text, design, images, graphics, and product information, is used for shopping and informational purposes. Content may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

Elegant Edge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
