1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return or replacement only if:
- The item received is damaged.
- The item received is incorrect.
- The item is missing from the order.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
- The product is proven to be defective or unusable upon delivery.
- Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened skincare products
- Opened cosmetics
- Opened lip care products
- Opened perfumes or perfume decants
- Opened vitamins or supplements
- Used products
- Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery
- Products purchased during clearance sales, unless damaged or incorrect
3. Perfume Decants
Perfume decants are prepared in travel-size atomizers. Once dispatched, perfume decants cannot be returned or exchanged unless the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged during delivery.
4. Vitamins and Supplements
Vitamins and supplements cannot be returned once opened or used. Please check the product details, ingredients, expiry date, and usage instructions before placing an order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
- Once we verify the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer
- Store credit
- Replacement product
- Refund processing time may take 5 to 10 working days depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
7. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Elegant Edge, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged item.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
